And it's early in the 2011 still, so there is hope.<br /><br />One thing I recommend is inspiration! Once y...Hardest part of a diet is sticking with it. Once you have the routine down on what you're going to eat and when you're going to exercise it makes it easier.<br /><br />Eating small meals throughout the day also helps with the weight loss. Ex: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner.
