You would think that after living in Southern California for about 22 months now, “gloom” would be out of my vocabulary. Well, its back… in SoCal, my vocabulary, and in my life.
The other day, I was told that I worry and stress way too much. I was told that I have a lot on anxiety and I try to conceal it all. She said that I have not been myself lately. I know that this is true because as she was telling me, I couldn’t fight or deny it. Instead, my eyes started to water because she’s right… she’s absolutely right.
Although I try my best to be my usual bubbly and upbeat self, I guess I cannot hide it as well as I thought I could. Moreover, I cannot believe that someone saw through it and was telling this to my face.
There is more that I wish I can say, but I will hold back on it for now. My poor Husband and friends hear too much about it every day that it’s sort of pointless to remind myself of it here.
What am I going to do about it?
I am going to truly relax… with wine over a massage, followed by a bubble bath.
Weekend, what is taking you so long? I’ve missed you! Days feel like years.

Dreaming... Quadruplets!
Yesterday was Sam's day off. FINALLY. The sun was out and I wanted to explore a little bit. One of his coworkers told me that I should check out Old Town Pasadena because its a fun place to roam around and hang out. So, I dragged my loving Husband out of bed to bring me! (Now I feel really bad because we are both sick... he is worse than I)
After an hour drive, I was sort of disappointed. I had no idea it was a downtown area for SHOPPING. When I hear "Old Town", I was thinking of a cool old town with historic buildings and such and a feast for my eyes. Blah... oh well... lets make the best of it, right? Y'alls know that I love to shop but feeling a little woozy and sick, I wasn't really in the mood. We grabbed sushi and sake instead because we were sort of hungry. Needless to say, we got a bit tipsy together from the sake. Yeah... and I know that we're sick, I just thought that alcohol would kill the sick germs. LOL. On a full stomach now and still nearly two hours left in the parking meter, we shopped around a bit. I like it when Sam brings me shopping when he is tipsy. Because of that, I got three new jackets from H&M. Thanks Baby!! If you didn't already know, there's a sale going on.. $15 off jackets and blazers for men AND women. Great deal, if you ask me... BUT it ends today so if you're reading this, hurry up and get to an H&M today! Sucks that you can't shop online in USA though... sucks really bad.
Stuck in traffic on our way home, but decided to drive down to Santa Ana for groceries because I've been craving mangoes! I was disappointed to see that they didn't have very many good ones left. Hmph! :( Came home after grabbing some boba... and thats when it hit us that we were both getting sick... worse than earlier in the morning. Boo!
Now... let me tell you about my dream!!
I dreamt that I was pregnant. I was about 5 months along and then all of a sudden, I gave birth... to FOUR babies! I had quadruplets! They were 4 beautiful girls and for some reason, their names were, Lexie, Kenzie, Violet, and Iggy. WTF and why they were their names, I don't know. I think Lexie and Violet was because I was thinking about my cousin's daughter whose first name is Lexia, but we call her Lexie and the other side of her family calls her Violet, which is her middle name. Also, because Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory was on last night and one of the kids' names was Violet... the girl who turns violet. LOL. Kenzie probably because I love the name, "MacKenzie" and is the name I wanted to name my daughter whenever I have her. Iggy... I don't know... but WTF, right? LOL! I woke up and told Sam... I think he's scared. My poor Husband... he really wants a baby right now, but understands that I am not yet ready and would still like to do more before I have a baby. :) BUT... my dream was so real and it was such a long dream that I fell so much in love with my daughters and I miss them right now thinking about it. I can't describe the feeling, but man... I can't wait to be a Mommy one day. One day.
Now... I think I'm gonna go back to bed and let me head rest a bit. I just wanted to share my dream because it is really making me smile right now.

Excitement!
2010 will definitely be my year! Maybe even tomorrow, I will put out what I've been working on. Oh wait... most likely not tomorrow since I'll be going to the People's Choice Awards in LA with a few of my girlfriends! Heheh.... still a little sad I turned down my "Thyda + 1" because I wouldn't ditch them like that. Maybe if I had a "Thyda +3"!?!
Let me summarize what's been going on that I might get a chance to elaborate on later...
Okay... updates later but I really hope that I can share my goods with y'alls soon!
*hugs*
BTW... how is your year going so far?
Let me summarize what's been going on that I might get a chance to elaborate on later...
- I won a Kodak pocket video camera from Twitter and it really came! For a minute, I thought that they were lying and I was never going to get anything... the "contest" was just a ploy to draw followers and audience. But I was wrong... so so so wrong! I GOT MY CAMERAAAAA!! AND.... it records in HD! How cool is that? Nearly $200 and its all mine for free free free all because I retweet! Whoever said that Twitter is pointless is so wrong.
- New Years' was great... but I gained about 10 pounds over the course of four days. Seriously. Lard status. We watched the Travis something guy jump his car. Redbull really does give you wings... and guts! I gotta admit... it was pretty cool! Countdown with some of the coolest people in SoCal and a kissy kiss from my Hubbs! Yum, yum, yum!
- I think the guys like Taboo more than we do. Its official... we have Taboo at my place and I am going to be the master at that game! Watch! If you want to see three loser boys do 45 sit ups for losing, ask me to see the video! HAHA!
- I looooooooooove my new phone. Thanks to my honey bunches of oats! Goodbye Blackberry... I once loved you so much, but the grass really was greener on the other side. On that side, there was Android!
- I have a newfound... actually... grown much more appreciation for my Family. They are my true loves. Really.
- I love exercising my brain, but not so much my body. Its obvious.
- My addiction is still lingering. I don't think it will be leaving anytime soon. Matter of fact, it might just grow even more this year. Good or bad? I don't know.
- I have so much I want to do... where does the time go?
Okay... updates later but I really hope that I can share my goods with y'alls soon!
*hugs*

Manic Monday!
What a weekend it was! Briefly (or try to be), let me reflect.
Friday, a nice and relaxing evening at home with some curry. I made spicy duck fried rice earlier that day for Sam's lunch... talk about grub all day! Went to bed full, which is always good and bad... depends on how you look at it.
Saturday, Sam had to work (boo), but we made it to Rocky and Kat's place to watching the boxing match. I never get into the fights because... I just didn't see how watching people get beat up could be fun. BUT, I actually gave it a try this time and it was pretty intense. Maybe because I was busy twittering about Cotto's face and how it was good looking before and not so much afterwards. Homie was beat and swollen. Poor guy! Hung out with Rocky's family and Bo... ate some yummy food that Kat cooked up for us. I'm so glad I found another Twilight junkie... she's crazy! She already has her New Moon tickets and just bought a New Moon blanket! So funny! Then, Rocky's 10 year old nephew jumped in the conversation and thats when we realized that we're still reading the same book a 10 year old does! LOL! I wanna go see it on Friday too... maybe Sam will surprise me and get off early and bring me? Haha... wishful thinking!
Sunday... busy busy day it was! Lunch with my baybay at home... and then it was a day full of shopping! We got some frames for our pictures (finally), and also picked up our Christmas tree and decorations. Sam isn't big on celebrating, but he knows I am and the holidays always make me feel giddy inside so he got into it too! Which, by the way, we still need to put up. Then, we went to Westminster to do some more shopping and before going to the grocery store down there, we stopped at Target. I lost my phone!! My precious, precious phone! I thought I was gonna die! Seriously, Sam was pisst and after searching and calling it and texting it with, "if you have my phone, please let me know... I would pay you cash for it!" We gave up and were in the car and were driving off debating if I should call to report it lost... but then luckily Sam gave it a call one more time and a lady picked up! She was working customer service at Target and apparently, someone picked it up outside in the parking lot and turned it in! THANK YOU!!! To the person who found my phone and returned it, THANK YOU SO MUCH! There should be more people like you in this world... seriously! *hugs* Its karma... I've been good so something good happened to me... hehe! OR... my Angels are just watching over me! :) Either way, I'm glad I got it back because it would have been a VERY awkward ride home. Sam hates how I always lose/break things and he would be pisst if I lost this one after so many things he had bought for me that I've lost. Yikes. So yeah... thank you, thank you, thank you!
Went grocery shopping... stopped at Alberstons... shopped some more... checked RedBox for Twilight because I wanted Sam to see it before New Moon. No luck! Boo! Came home and couldn't find parking, so we parked in red while unloading all the stuff we bought. I snuck online and checked redbox.com and found Twilight at a RedBox two miles away... reserved it... picked it up... and SCORE!! Mission accomplished! Sam liked the movie... he said it was "pretty good". After seeing how excited I was that he actually liked it, he changed his answer to "it was alright". What a hater! Either way, I'm excited for New Moon!
Got tons of things to work on today. Damn! Our turkey palooza is this weekend and I'm so excited to have the gang over for Thanksgiving dinner! GRUB time!!

Quick Update!!
Okay. Its been a few days since I've posted in here. Let me just take a few minutes (okay more than a few since I am on my phone right now) to update!
On Wednesday night... Sovina surprised us and brought us to Pirates Dinner Adventure for her birthday!! It was so thoughtful of her because we've never been. So much fun!!! We all really enjoyed ourselves there with a bunch of little kids! Of course they needed volunteers from the audience and all four of us happened to be the lucky chosen ones. Sovina and I were teamed up and we were in this competition with some other teams and of course, we won!!! Haha! The actors/entertainers were SO talented. I was beyond mesmerized! Ahhh! Thanks Sissy for such a wonderful time!
Last night, we went out to Mai Tai bar with Sam's coworkers and of course, Sovi came to my rescue and kept me company again! One of Sam's coworkers celebrated her birthday there and she complained on how she felt old and she just turned 24! What the heck! I admit... I still think 24 is old and am not accepting the fact I am turning 25 so soon. No way, jose!!
I got them drunk off my games... as usual! Those games are evil. I do need to come up with some new ones though! LOL!
We walked over to Gameworks and met up with Aida, her BF who is visiting from France, and his friend. They were so into video games... Unbelievable! We made our way to the karaoke lounge there and sang a few of my karaoke favorites. Then suddenly the manager at Gameworks brought us some yummy sangrias and said it was on the house. Sam and Jordan were sitting behind us, but I don't think the dude knew that those were our guys. Haha! Oops!
Finished it off with yummy spicy duck fried rice... came home and knocked the heck out! Ahhhh!
I've been working on a little project of mine and I swear... my brain is toasted! Sam came home and took the laptop away from me... it was THAT bad! I needed a break anyway.
Now... gotta get ready for dinner and Guppy's with the ladies! Its been awhile since we sat down and caught up with each other so I'm really excited!! Oh... And I've been thinking of brick toast and shaved ice all week long, its ridiculous!!

Truth Hurts...
Sure does!
Right now, the truth is that I need to freakin' whip myself into shape somehow, someway. I know it sounds sort of superficial since I have tons of other things to worry about, but its really not. I feel myself being LAZY or TIRED when I'm at this state and I am beyond ogre status! Seriously... I just need to do the damn thang already!
Sam and I decided to go for a run today. Actually, I decided to go because I'm committing myself to 45 minutes of cardio at least four times a week. And that, my friend... had just started today! :D Whooo... I feel great knowing that I did it and have loads of energy, but my legs feel like they are wiggling off! No joke! Tomorrow, I shall do it all over again and this time with less panting and more smiling. Speaking of panting.. I do need new work out clothes! HAHA! Workout clothes is always my motivation to work out but isn't trying it on and getting out of it a work out in itself? I always thought so. o_O
Trying to organize my life and at the looks of my calendar, I have absolutely nothing planned tomorrow. YAY! AND... Sam isn't working. Well, this could be a bad thing because I really do need to get some things done. I vow to stay off facebook as much as I can. I've been pretty good, actually. I only go on to go to my profile (duh!), respond to MY messages (because I'm responsive like that), and look at MY pictures!! HAHA... just kidding... for the most part at least. Oh... got some pictures from SoJo's birthday party!! Hold up... only saved a few that were uploaded... I like the pictures of the girls... guys just ruin everything! :D

Here we go...!!
A few from my phone:

My handsome Husband and I...

Jackie, Thyda, Aida... all here for Sovi!

Jackie, Thyda, Sovina... love these California girls!!
Now... from a different camera!

Would you trust yourself with these two faces when you're drunk? I know I wouldn't!

Lets get the party started!!!

Excuse the mess... I literally had 10 minutes to get ready after smelling like chicken all day!

MAN!! I'm still upset I didn't have time to get ready and go all out! Boo! :(

Myself with the pretty ladies!!

Hold your cup up... and shut up!!

Damn... and here I was thinking we didn't get any pictures! LOL

I see Aida and Jenny about to drink from their right hands... tsk tsk! Oh wait those are chasers... NM!

Shot, Shot, Shot, Shot, Shot, Shot!!!
While I'm posting pictures... let me just drag and paste a few that I was tagged in from FB! HAHA..!

When I first moved down to CA... I was parking lot pimpin' with these girls!

From Laughlin... haha... I thought this was a cool picture that Mikal took!

I looked like I was struggling while Sivhui was just chillin'. Sad, son!

"Help me! Help me!"

Nara and I at Elisa's wedding... awww... my camera made our faces look hella white, but we'll just claim that we're "glowing"... I guess!

Sam took this picture of me last night after I decided to play makeup out of boredom in the middle of the night! LOL... kinda scary looking, but I like the old fashioned type of look... sorta. Many lessons learned though... no shimmer on up close pictures. I look like I just came out of a frying pan!!
HOPE YOU ENJOYED THE PICTURES!! LOL...

Fallin' For You
I am posting this everywhere, I know. I just love this song! Its been my jam all weekend long... and I'm still not tired of it after hearing it on repeat nonstop for the past 72 hours. Yeah... I like it THAT much!
I realized that I love Colbie Caillat and her songs! This one in particular, makes me feel like I'm floating or am in a dream. Its so sweet... and the music video makes me like it even more. So cute! Hehe... I'm such a nerd... here listening to it and thinking about Sam and I. Yeah... we have our moments. But at the end of the day, we don't go to bed angry at each other and I'm fallin' in love with him all over again... everyday.
Okay... while I'm here... recap of the weekend, shall we?
Friday -- Guys came over for cards again. I was planning to get some work done, but that didn't really happen. I like the fact that they'd rather stay in and come over and play cards for a couple of bucks and enjoy each other and good company rather than be out at the bars and the clubs. Peace of mind for me because I am one to worry about the little things and everything. Thats something I've learned about myself lately... is that I need to calm down and not be so concerned. Take a chill pill, Thyda!
Saturday -- Sovina and Jordan's birthday extravaganza! I made some chicken satay sticks and lemon pepper shrimp skewers for them because I knew that there will be a lot of drinking done and people should really eat something before they get sick! So... we rolled up in a hummer limo to Boulevard 3 on Sunset in LA. When we got there, a friend got really sick and thank goodness Diane was coming to meet up with us. She's our savior! Sam and I ended up bringing our friend over to Diane's and had her stay there instead of taking a cab home to Long Beach because that would have been very expensive and not very safe. After we got her settled in, we went back to the club that I once fell in love with only to find that they ran out of tacos!!!! BUT... they still had strawberry (and other berries) chocolate fondue! Hehehe... yes... at a club! The birthday kids had fun and thats whats important! Sam and I hadn't gone out clubbing together for awhile, so it was nice to get our groove on for a minute! HAHA... then we left to go get our friend ready for our ride back but Hummer Driver was mad that there was puke in the hummer and he had to clean it up and that a champagne glass was broken. I don't blame him... but man! We almost got left stranded at Diane's in LA. She offered for us to stay the night, but I think it was best if we were to get home. Almost got a cab, but sweetie Diane wouldn't allow that and freakin' drove us all the way home! We didn't get home until 4am... so I assume her and Derek didn't get home until around 5am. Very kind of them!
See... I love how people just genuinely care. They would be selfless and do things without being asked, without complaining, and truly out of their own good heart. I've realized that there are people who are all about them and then there are the few who would actually put others first wholeheartedly. Not because they want the recognition, but because they... as I said... CARE. We need more people like that. Thanks Diane and Derek!
Sunday -- Nice chillaxin' day with my Husband. I made him breakfast... almost in bed! HAHA... we don't have a breakfast in bed tray (although I sort of want one now), so I just woke him up to come eat with me outside while watching football. It was a well deserved big breakfast... more like brunch! We had a long and hard night. I just wanted to stay in and chill out. We ran a few errands then came home and had dinner. Probably the most chill day we've had since I've moved down here, surprisingly. Thank goodness he has the day off tomorrow. I don't like his schedule so much, but I like it when he's home. :)
Okay... lots of cleaning up to do (I always say that, huh?)! Toodle loo!

Here I Go...
Its been awhile since I really posted an actual post, huh? Well, my life had been crazy for the past... almost a whole month. I failed to blog because there is just so much that I want to say, but I know that I wouldn't have enough time or enough words to describe my life in full. Usually, I like writing but at the moment, I'd much rather sit down and have a heart to heart with the people who are closest to me. With that said, I'll try my best to summarize and though it is a challenge for me to do so, I will try to keep it short.
Now... where shall I start?
I got married! Yes, I definitely panicked and stressed before the actual day... I even cried a few times! BUT... when it came to the day(s), it was such a smooth ride. I honestly thought that I'd be Bridezilla, but one of my bridesmaids pointed out, "Wow, Thyda... you're really chill and you are nowhere close to being Bridezilla". Thank goodness! I really owe everything to my Family and my close friends. My FAMILY... oh my gosh... words can not describe how grateful I am for them. They did not let me worry about a single thing and on top of taking care of everything that needed to be, they made sure that I was relaxed and enjoying myself. If I needed something, they were there for me without even making me ask them twice. My siblings and I have a lot of unspoken love for each other... they are absolutely amazing! My friends... wow... they were by my side through it all. I honestly let a lot of things slip through my fingers because honestly, I am not a planner and am the least organized person I know. OH... and I'm a HUGE procrastinator... so you can just imagine. My friends were there to pick up everything I let slip and again, not let me worry about anything. The day of my wedding was the day that I realized how blessed I am with the greatest people in my life... my Family, friends, and my new Husband. :)
The day(s) were filled with so many tears. Everyone who knows me know that I'm a Baby... a cry baby that is! Being the youngest in the family, my siblings always felt that they needed to take care of me... which they did. Throughout the wedding, we were blessed over and over and I can't help but feel that each one of their blessings also felt like a Goodbye. We all know that I'll be moving after the wedding and though I am glad to be starting my life with my Husband, I can't help but feel the sadness I do when I think about being so far away from my Family. My Family loves me... so much. Everyone who was at the wedding ceremony can see that. They cried... I cried... both tears of joy and tears of sadness to know that we will be further apart. :( I am choking up thinking about it all again. Maybe I'll get into more details about that later. Oh... and the only thing that really upset me was the fact that I didn't try on my dress before the wedding so when I put it on and ready to go, the top was falling off and someone had to sew it in for me right away... within ten minutes! So... my dress ended up not looking the way I had wanted it to, but thats okay... I'll live.
To me, my wedding was PERFECT. It was more than I expected it to be and its unfortunate that it all felt like a blur to me... more like a dream!
Many of you may already know... but the day that everyone left to go back home, my Mom grew sick that night. To the point where my Sister and I had to rush her to the emergency room at 4am. It was a painful process and I have never felt so numb in my life. By the time we got to the hospital, my Mom stopped breathing and her heart stopped beating. Right when they said, "we don't have a pulse", I nearly collapsed. It was a moment that I don't like to think about... but it still haunts me every single day. We were told that they weren't sure she was going to make it... and my heart dropped. That was the moment that I felt like I couldn't go on with my own life... it was hard for me to breathe myself. The rest of my family got there... and we were in each others' arms... and making sure that my Dad was okay. Finally, they came and let us know that they performed CPR and got her heart beating again, but she wasn't breathing and was on life support. She was at risk of brain damages if she was going to make it, so they had to wrap her in sheets of ice to keep her core temperature cool. My Mother was in a coma... at that point we didn't know if she was going to make it, but we were hopeful. The sight of my Mom basically freezing with a huge tube down her throat and unconscious broke my heart. I knew that she was sick because of the stress she had been under and because of all the work that she had done for me for MY wedding. My Mom doesn't complain when she's sick and she especially didn't even make a moan this time because she constantly said that there is no way she is going to be sick on her baby's wedding day... no way. Many things happened during those days that she was in the intensive care unit, but as I said, I'd rather sit down and have a heart to heart with those closest to me. Finally after about 3 days, my Mom attempted to open her eyes while holding mine and my Sister's hands. It was a miracle... the feeling is indescribable. She continued to stay in the intensive care unit for another 3 or 4 days until they were able to take off the ventilator. She still had difficulty breathing, but my Mom was a fighter and she told me that she was going to be strong for me. She wasn't able to speak yet... not even cough because of all the blisters caused by the ventilator. My poor Mom... I can only imagine all the pain she felt. I'd have to excuse myself and hide and cry outside her room many times because again, it was hard to see my Mother in that state. She experienced some memory loss, but one of the first things she asked was, "Did I make it to my daughter's wedding?". She didn't remember the wedding, but it slowly came back to her later. The doctors predicted that she would have to stay at the hospital for at least another two weeks. Thankfully, my Mom recovered sooner than anyone had ever expected. How? Because she is a strong woman and a fighter... there's nothing she can't overcome. She's amazing!
It took her a few more days to be able to walk slowly by herself. After being hospitalized for nearly two weeks altogether, she was discharged. Though she came back home, it took her awhile to do things by herself again. I felt blessed to be able to bathe for my Mom and hold her hand through tough times... letting her know that I will always be there for her. My Sisters flew back from CA right away and so did my nieces and nephews... and so did Sam. The nurses and doctors said that they felt the warmth and love of our family and told us that we were lucky. Yes... we are lucky.
On top of everything, I still had another wedding reception to worry about. To be honest, I was on the verge of cancelling it. BUT... there was no way that my Mom would let me. Sam took care of everything... he's the best.
You can imagine how torn I felt at the time. I know that I agreed to move down to CA after I get married, but with my Mom being this sick, I had to rethink my decision. Even so, my Mom told me that she would not be able to live with herself if I was to stay back in WA with her because she does not want to hold me back from my life and my future. I tried to tell her not to look at it that way, but she got emotional and told me that I have to move on and live my life and she promised that she would be fine. Of all my siblings, my oldest Sister and I are the only two who have never really lived far from my Parents. For me, its because as I said, I'm a Baby and I need to be with my Parents most of the time. I feel so guilty for leaving them now, but they wouldn't allow me to stay back. I'm torn. Now, my plan is to move my Parents with me to CA within the next year or two. Wish me luck.
Tomorrow... or shall I say, today... I will be making the big move. I can't sleep. There is so much on my mind and this is a lot harder than I thought it would be. Also, its my nephew Justin's birthday. I feel so guilty for leaving him on this day... he's like my son to me. He told me today that he was going to miss me... and my tears just started to roll and I couldn't stop it. It came even more when my precious nephew tried to wipe away my tears. He then told me not to cry because he's visiting soon. Which is true! My family is going only a few days after me, but even so, its hard.
There are still so many things that I need to get done... even when I leave in the morning. I asked my Parents to still keep my room for me because I'll be back (duh!)... and they said of course! I had a going away dinner with the ladies on Monday and happy hour with the girls last night. Gosh... I love all of them. Thank goodness for great girlfriends who are more than willing to sit there to listen to me b*tch for hours and also give me a hug when I need it most. As I said, I've been blessed.
I haven't seen the new place yet, but apparently, its only a couple blocks away from the beach... so I'm excited. Sam hasn't given me too many details because he said that its a surprise... LOL! He's been so patient with me through everything... definitely the best Husband I could ever ask for. :)
Okay... time to go to bed. Its 5:30am... I might as well not sleep, huh? Oh well... maybe I can get a few minutes in. Goodnight... Good Morning.

Procrastination
So I'm supposed to be packing up to go back home but I decided to mess around online for a bit. Let me just do a quick post. BLAH.
-Sivhui's Bridal Shower yesterday was cool. I went with Paline and Lily and we didn't get to stay the entire time because Paline had a birthday party to go to. Lily had a graduation to go to. And I had a wedding to go too. What are the chances of all that happenin' in one day? I ate too much food for my own good and that didn't even include the cake because we had to roll out early! LOL! I had fun though!
-The wedding last night was fun. I think I met all of Sam's Parents' friends and I can't seem to keep up with who is who. It was PACKED and I guess they had to add about 10 tables, but I barely noticed. The Bride and Groom sang a Khmer duet together... it was so cute. I asked Sam if he wants to sing with me on our wedding and he pretty much told me hell no. LOL. Its okay... he's monotone anyways! o_O I'll just sing all by myself! "Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone....!!!" The Bride and Groom seemed like they had a lot of fun and the Bride was so sweet! I don't even know her, but she gave me a hug! Awww... I felt so special! I also finally met Rocky's girlfriend... she's so cute! For some reason, I thought he was pulling my leg when he told me that she was there so I had to text Narin in GA to confirm. She told me she was there, but I called BS on her too. I felt so stupid. Oh well! Pictures coming soon... maybe!
-I think I'm hitting my wedding planning stress mode. I even cried the other day... WTF?
-Parents are probably mad at me for staying in CA for so long when I have so much sh*t to do at home. I think I'm going to get a good ass whoopin' when I get home! LOL. Almost 25 years old and anticipating an ass whoopin' from her parents. I am SO lame!
-I'll be back in CA in 2 and a half weeks. Decided I'm not going to bring any of my things back home since I'll be back anyways and don't feel like paying for my check ins.
-Job hunting... sucks!
-My wedding is in about 6 weeks. WTF. I think I'm gonna cry.

My Trip... so far!!
Okay... I'm going to assume that this will be a somewhat lengthy post... or maybe I should just break them up into sections? LOL... okay... I think I shall! :D (Probably won't get to post everything now, so I'll continue throughout the day or the next few days!)
FLIGHT
My flight was supposed to depart Seattle at 10:25pm. Meaning... I left for the airport around 8pm (well, I was supposed to, but truth is... I was there around 9:15pm... LOL... and I live about 15 minutes away from the airport). My Sister dropped me off and I thought I was flying with Delta (it said so), so I went to check in and it turned out that it was being operated by Northwest (then why the heck did you bother including Delta? Did you just want to confuse me?). So... I dragged my luggage(s) to the other end of the airport terminal (UGH!) and when I finally got there, this lady found it more important to stand there and chit chat with her coworker than to check me in. I looked frustrated and grew very impatient so I started moaning and groaning because I thought I was surely gonna miss my flight. She told me she'd be right with me... but it wasn't until she finished her last giggles with her coworker at least five minues later. Grrr! So she finally started to check me in and was doing it taking her sweet little time... seeing that my plane was going to depart in less than an hour. I mean... I know I could have been there earlier, but how did she know that I wasn't caught in an unplanned bad accident traffic or something? Anyway... so she told me that my luggage was going to cost $15 to check in for the first one and $25 for the second. Okay... I fly pretty often and usually, my first luggage is free. I was like... "WHAT!?!" She explained to me like I was stupid, but I didn't really have time to deal with her, so I just paid my $15 and handed her my heavy ass luggage. Finally, I was on my way with my carry on and Sam's camera that was heavy as heck and took the place of my purse. Booo!
Thankfully, security checkpoint was a breeze and I made my flight afterall! :)
I got to Detroit at 5am (2am my time), so I didn't get any sleep, as you can imagine. (Was too excited and the babies crying on the plane just weren't helping) Anyway... I had a nearly 5 hour layover in Detroit... WTF. No way I could have fell asleep in an airport terminal. I mean... what if I snored or drooled or something? How embarrasing! Worst of all... what if I missed my flight? So I had my Starbucks fix and explored a little bit. I was pisst off that I left my book at home, but I couldn't get myself to pay for another book when I just bought two that I hadn't read yet back at home. So I sat there and played Solitaire on my phone for the entire four almost five hours. HAHA!
Finally boarded the plane and even more kids on this flight! Yikes! AND it was a small airplane and the engine was freakin' loud. I swear it basically screamed in my ear. Thank goodness for my iPod and luckily, it was a pretty short flight.
Got to Florida and Sam texted me and told me he was nervous to see me when he was waiting at baggage claim... awwww!!!
Finally, there he was... my BABYYYYYY!! :)
