Big Girls Don't Cry...

July 1, 2007

Siblings

I just had an argument with my brother just now. I know that he only means well, and I shouldn't lash out on him nor walk out on him the way I did. I feel so guilty and horrible now, but I really don't know how to apologize. I'm a terrible baby sister for doing this to him. Stupid, stupid me.

My sisters too... *sigh*. I know they all mean well and they're always always there for me and I should really show them more appreciation as well. But man.... I really don't know how... and it sucks.

I hate crying in front of family members because I know that they're always ones to be more concerned than anyone else. I'd rather just lay in bed and cry to myself than to let any family members see me crying. But today, I slipped...

Laughs

The girls that I chat with on KC crack me up! Hahaha... thanks for keeping me sane, girls! If it wasn't for you, I'd really be talking to my basket of dirty socks by now.

Okay... had to postpone my measuring session for Nara's 2nd biggest day. Heading out to hang out with the family carrying on from Fathers' Day weekend.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, errybody!

Parents

I hate myself for not showing my parents enough appreciation that they deserve. I wish my family was a little bit more affectionate and expressive with their feelings. We kind of weird each other out when someone gets all sappy and emotional with each other. I don't know... I just wish I had enough balls to be able to tell them how I truly feel... how much I am grateful for them and thank them for EVERYTHING that they've given me.

* sigh *

I wish I was a better person. I wish my parents wouldn't feel like they have to watch out for me or be there for me when I need them. But what can I say? They're parents and its in their nature to love and nourish us... and they're ALWAYS the first one ready to save your ass when you need it... even without you knowing it.

I promise myself that one of these days, I will have the courage and confidence to hug and kiss my parents and cry my heart out... tears of joy of course... and let them know how much they truly mean to me. One day shall be soon... wish me luck.
