My family came back to America today. FINALLY! I hate to admit this, but I really did miss them and its nice to have a loud house again! *sigh* My sister and I actually ducked down and snuck up to my parents at the airport to give them big ol' hugs! Glad to know that they're home, safe, and sound! I've got to say that as much as I love going back to the Homeland, I'm glad that I sat this trip out. The last time I went with the whole family was hectic enough... imagine adding another 10 people to head count! Sheeesh!

As expected, I got a lot of goodies! I get goodies all the time whenever the family goes back, but this time around, they did a job well done! I'm not spoiled... just loved and deserve everything that I got. Right now, I have a total of five NEW complete Khmer outfits along with 3 additional tops. If you think about it, thats a lot considering how often I get to wear these clothes. The last few times my mom "designed" outfits for me, I wasn't too pleased with the outcome but nevertheless appreciative. This time, I am in LOVE! I can't wait until the opportunity to wear them... they're so pretty! Also got a CHANEL (not CHANNEL... Sam! haha) and Louis Vuitton bag. I'm not too big on designer bags and would much rather have bags that are a bit funky and actually look good... its more of my liking... but these are actually cute and I actually like them... a lot! My sister got first dibs on the white Chanel and I got stuck with the black. I'd much rather have the white, but I think we'll compromise! ;) I got the usual casual tops, pajamas, sarongs (that I still don't know how to wear), paintings, and I got a ring, necklace, and earrings too! REAL ONES! Haha... I guess my mom is not a fan of my casual and funky accessories and is trying to convert me? Its working... I've been rockin' more simple and classy jewelry since I got my diamond Journey necklace from boyfriend for my birthday. I love it!

I haven't been online all day... weird, huh? I have no motivation to stay online either. A bit hooked on this lakorn I just started last night and would much rather drown myself in magazines than stay online. KC is really boring me now... it needs spice! ;)

Clam digging with the family tomorrow... then Grace's for Cinco de Mayo although Grace vowed not to drink. I think I'm gonna be with her on this one! ;) Will work on my portfolio on Sunday... I'm excited!
