Too Much Junk...

... not just in the trunk but everywhere else!

Gaining about 20 pounds in four months without being pregnant is not normal.  What the hell have I done to myself?

Time to get a grip and get back on the right track.

Exercising already started, but will bump that up a bit.
Dieting starts NOW.

I am really upset with myself at the moment and trying hard to refrain from punching myself in the face.  I am sure many of you are thinking that I should just shut up and do it already (punch myself in the face)... haha!  Nah... I already messed up my body, I don't want to mess up my face too.  Its practically the only thing that is still decent!  LOL

Any good diet and fitness tips and advices out there?  Seriously... I will take and try to use anything that I can get.  I need to lose weight... now... fast!  HELP ME!

  1. Hardest part of a diet is sticking with it. Once you have the routine down on what you're going to eat and when you're going to exercise it makes it easier.

Eating small meals throughout the day also helps with the weight loss. Ex: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner. As long as the portions are small and you eat healthy you should be good.

No sweets, sugars, plenty of water...

    Good Luck

  2. Yayyy! Thanks! Thats my biggest problem, I think. I love feeling full to the point where I can't move. Thats not healthy, is it? LOL. Oh... and as you know, sweets is my weak spot (hence the Kit Kat fiasco).

Will try my best this time. I actually posted it up, so I have to take this lifestyle change seriously. Eeps!

  5. Hi Thyda!

We're in the same boat. I need to lose at least 20 lbs this year. And it's early in the 2011 still, so there is hope.

One thing I recommend is inspiration! And, ever since I got Jack LaLanne's book "Live Young Forever" (highly recommend it and he's 96) I've been inspired to exercise every day.

I started walking and then advanced to walking and running (the exercise that burns the most calories, but I was told rock climbing might burn more).

And, I agree with the several smaller meals a day routine, plus eat more fruits and vegetables (more nutrition, less calories).
